Better Health & Wellness Center is Poway's only FULL SERVICE Wellness Center. We offer you integrative health for optimal beauty and wellness. Our center intergrates the expertise of the top health professionals that work together for the betterment of our patients. Our goal is to create a powerful approach to wellness synergistically, other than one provider working independently. We believe this sets us apart, is unique, and enables us to serve patients more effectively by treating the whole person. We at Better Health and Wellness center firmly believe in education you on your health. The purpose of our wellness center is to educate as many people as possible about wellness, so that they in turn can make an informed decision regarding their health and well being, and can also educate others. As a courtesy to other clients and our staff, we require a 24 hours advanced notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We regret we must charge for any missed appointments that are not cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. If appropriate cancellation notice is not given, gift certificates on file will be redeemed for the amount of services missed.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled treatment. Arrival to appointments later than 10 minutes will result in rescheduling.
Unopened merchandise may be returned for a merchandise credit within 14 days of purchase. Gift certificates, series and packages are nonrefundable. Series services expire one year from date of purchase.
Gratuities are not included in the price of packages or services. At your discretion, gratuities are graciously accepted. The industry average ranges from 15-20% of the service fee.
Gift certificates are non-refundable and prices are only guaranteed within 6 months of purchase.
We accept cash, major credit cards and personal checks (with proper form of identification). Prices may be subject to change without notice.
